In consideration of our clients and for the safety of your children, please refrain from bringing children to the salon unless they are receiving a service.
Any appointment cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. All specialty appointments, 3 or more hours, require a deposit to hold the time and require at least 72 hr notice for cancelations.
Please understand this policy is in place to prevent last minute vacancies in the schedule that cannot be refilled with another client. We appreciate your understanding.
A 15 minute grace period is permitted to all clients. Any client that arrives 15 minutes or later for their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule. Please understand that this is in respect to other scheduled appointments throughout the day.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY CORRESPONDENCE RECIEVED DURING NON-BUSINESS HOURS MAY NOT BE RETURNED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
